A glass with one cut surface.
This product is a concept model of a rock glass exhibited on the event “N“ , which celebrated the 100th anniversary of the birth of the traditional Italian cocktail “Negroni”with the Italian bar “Punto E Linea”in Kyomachibori, Nishi-ku, Osaka . A rock glass is basically weighted at the bottom, and that heavy volume is usually contrasted with a beautiful cut surface. “-1”is an attempt to feel what changes when that cut surface is limited down to a minimum unit. Aggregating the cut surfaces into one attracts attention, and that one cut surface changes the homogeneous cylinder shape that also allows the user to experience finding his own way to hold the glass.
